My own EFT path began in 2012 with Scott Wooley and Rebecca Jorgensen. Since then, I have pursued extensive advanced trainings with international trainers including Sue Johnson, George Faller, Jim Furrow, Yolanda von Hockauf, Jim Thomas, Michael Barnett, Lisa Palmer-Olsen, Ting Liu, and many others. I have also received hundreds of hours of EFT supervision from trainers such as George Faller and Jim Furrow.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State, a Canadian Registered Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Washington State Approved Supervisor for Marriage and Family Therapists (and other mental health professionals). I am a Certified EFT Therapist (EFCT 2022, EFIT 2024, EFFT 2024) and currently an EFT Supervisor Candidate. I regularly assist in EFCT Externships and Advanced Core Skills in Washington State, California, and online. I continue to have regular EFT supervision with international trainer Jim Furrow, who will also serve as a mentor in your certification process should you choose to work with me individually.
My supervision philosophy is rooted in the A.R.E. model—I strive to be accessible, responsive, and engaged with my supervisees. I encourage exploration of countertransference as we hold space for our clients and their processes. I also bring a wealth of experience working with intercultural couples, highly escalated relationships, and clients who are more cognitively oriented. My background of living and working across multiple countries and professions allows me to offer a broad and flexible perspective in supporting therapists as they grow in their EFT practice.
