Eastside Asian Therapists

Rena Chinn

Rena is available to help you heal, navigate relationships and transitions, and discover why you may face the same challenges again and again. She believes that over time we become disconnected from our emotions as we defend ourselves in life. This results in depression, anxiety, anger, and relationship difficulties. She works with clients to understand the forces causing behaviors and feelings, and help them live more fully.

Sally Chung

In life, we all encounter seasons that are challenging, painful, or overwhelming. Sally provides a safe space to process your experiences and develop new perspectives to find meaning in life. She works with clients who are undergoing difficulties with relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, cultural identity, grief, and identity development. Her style of therapy is collaborative and holistic, as well as good-naturedly challenging if need be.

Laura Lim Ahn

Laura meets each person where they are and works with them to explore who they are and who they want to become. We are all in the process of becoming someone or something as we move through time in the minute by minute, hour by hour moments that pass. If you are feeling alone, anxious or misunderstood in your own life, Laura would be honored to join you in your journey.
